First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a diaphragm relaxation technique to standard spinal exercises can improve pain, disability, and quality of life in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will measure pain levels, disability, and trunk muscle endurance in 42 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to see if targeting the diaphragm—a key core muscle—offers extra relief beyond exercise alone.
