Could easing your breathing muscle be the key to easing your back pain?
NCT ID NCT07298109
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a technique to relax the diaphragm muscle to standard core-strengthening exercises helps people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, daily function, and quality of life in 42 participants. The goal is to see if focusing on this deep breathing muscle provides extra relief beyond typical exercise programs.
