First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at how often an upper endoscopy (a camera test to look inside the stomach) finds a clear cause for long-term belly pain in children aged 6 to 18. About 100 kids with chronic abdominal pain will get the procedure. The goal is to see how useful this test is for finding problems that standard exams might miss.
