Summary

This study tests whether combining a hands-on nerve treatment (intraneural facilitation) with a balance exercise program can reduce pain, improve balance, and boost quality of life in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 65 adults aged 50-75 with type 2 diabetes and nerve pain will be assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to find a better way to manage symptoms and help people stay active and independent.
