New dressing could speed healing of diabetic foot ulcers

Summary
This study tests a new wound dressing for diabetic foot ulcers in 100 adults with diabetes. Participants will receive either the new dressing or standard NHS care during their regular podiatry visits. The main goal is to see if the new dressing leads to complete wound healing within 12 weeks and reduces wound size more than standard care.
