Summary

This study tested a special two-step wound dressing method for people with diabetic foot ulcers that were not healing. 44 adults with these chronic sores were treated with Endoform and Symphony dressings over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the ulcers would close completely and how long it took. The approach aims to improve healing and quality of life for people with diabetes.
