Summary
This study tested whether a medical device called OptiPulse helps heal diabetic foot ulcers better than standard wound care. Researchers compared the two approaches in 162 adults with foot ulcers that hadn't healed for at least 4 weeks. The device is designed to improve blood flow to help wounds close.
