Summary
This study tests whether automated phone reminders about diabetes and eye health, plus free reading glasses, help people in Bangladesh keep their appointments. About 640 adults recently diagnosed with diabetes will take part. The goal is to see if these simple tools improve attendance and make care more patient-friendly.
