New program aims to improve diabetes control in immigrant communities

Summary

This study tests a program that combines online diabetes education videos with help connecting to social services for low-income Chinese and Latino/a immigrants with type 2 diabetes. About 480 adults aged 18-70 with high blood sugar will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps lower blood sugar levels and is easy for patients to use.
