New app aims to turn diabetes data into daily wins

NCT ID NCT06848361

Summary

This study is testing a new digital platform called MPowerHub that helps adults with type 2 diabetes use information from wearable glucose and activity monitors to improve their daily self-care. Researchers will enroll 80 participants to see if the platform helps people stick to healthy habits, feel more in control, and better manage their blood sugar over four months. The main goal is to see if the approach is practical and engaging for people to use in their everyday lives.
