Can a simple sensor help reverse diabetes?
NCT ID NCT07157384
Summary
This study aims to find out if using a continuous glucose monitor (a small sensor) is better than finger-prick tests at helping people with type 2 diabetes achieve remission. About 176 participants will follow a low-calorie meal replacement plan and education program. Half will use the sensor, and half will use finger-prick tests, to see which group has more people reach healthy blood sugar levels without medication.
