Summary
This study aims to find better ways to get people with prediabetes to join and stay in a diabetes prevention program at local health centers. Researchers will test new support systems like training for staff and reminders for patients to see if they improve participation and health outcomes. The study will involve 170 adults with prediabetes in Hong Kong and measure whether these new approaches help lower blood sugar and improve quality of life.
