Summary
This study is testing a new, culturally tailored program designed to help Spanish-speaking adults at risk for diabetes prevent the disease. The program, called 'Paso a Paso,' focuses on lifestyle changes like healthy eating and physical activity to promote weight loss. Researchers are working with the community to finalize the program and see if it is practical and well-received before launching a larger study.
