Summary
This study is testing a new, comprehensive program to help people manage type 2 diabetes. It combines the approaches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (like body constitution analysis) with standard Western medical care, delivered through a mix of online tools (like an app and smart devices) and in-person support. The goal is to see if this integrated, tech-supported approach helps patients keep their blood sugar in a healthier range and improves their overall well-being over six months.
