Summary
This study aims to improve long-term diabetes care by combining traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine through a digital platform. Researchers will enroll 10,000 adults with type 2 diabetes to test whether this integrated online-offline approach helps lower blood sugar and reduce complications. The program uses smartphone apps, smart devices, and expert support to provide personalized, remote management.
