Summary
This study aims to understand how belly fat measurements relate to heart disease risk in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will calculate 10-year heart risk scores for 238 adult patients and see how these scores connect with simple belly fat measurements. The goal is to find better ways to identify diabetes patients at highest risk for heart problems without needing expensive scans.
