Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week supervised foot and ankle exercise program can help people with diabetes manage foot problems and improve their quality of life. Researchers will train healthcare workers to deliver the program in local clinics and monitor 356 participants with diabetic neuropathy. The goal is to reduce neuropathy symptoms, improve foot strength and movement, and prevent serious foot complications.
