Summary

This study aims to understand how type 1 diabetes affects young athletes' bodies during exercise. Researchers will compare 40 young soccer players—half with diabetes and half without—measuring their fitness, body composition, and temperature changes during workouts. By monitoring blood sugar in real-time, they hope to gather information that could help diabetic athletes exercise more safely and effectively.
