Do you need to attend all diabetes classes? new study investigates.
NCT ID NCT06419907
First seen Nov 01, 2025
Summary
This study looked at how attending different amounts of a diabetes self-management class affects people with type 2 diabetes. 120 participants were split into groups that attended 100%, 60%, 10%, or no classes. Researchers measured changes in self-care, diabetes distress, and quality of life to see if shorter attendance still helps. The goal is to find the most efficient way to deliver education.
