First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at how attending different amounts of a diabetes education program affects self-care, emotional distress, and quality of life in people with type 2 diabetes. 120 participants were split into groups that completed 100%, 60%, or 10% of the program, or had delayed education. The goal was to see if even minimal attendance helps and if the standard 60% is as good as full attendance.
