Can just 10% of a diabetes class make a difference?
NCT ID NCT06419907
Summary
This study tested whether attending different amounts of a diabetes education program affects how well people manage their condition and their emotional well-being. Researchers worked with 120 people with type 2 diabetes, dividing them into groups that received 100%, 60%, 10%, or delayed education. The goal was to see if a small amount of education provides meaningful benefits compared to none, and if the common 60% completion target is as good as finishing the whole program.
