Summary

This early-stage study tested how a diabetes medication called TA-7284 works in people with type 2 diabetes who also have moderate kidney problems. Researchers compared 24 participants with kidney issues to those with normal kidney function to see how the drug is processed by the body and its safety. The study measured drug levels in blood and urine, and monitored for side effects over a short period.
