Early test: single pill vs. three pills for future diabetes treatment
NCT ID NCT07304700
Summary
This early-stage study tested how the body absorbs and processes a new combination pill for type 2 diabetes, called CKD-383, compared to taking its three separate drug components. The study involved 30 healthy adult volunteers who took each treatment once, with a week break in between. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood and checked for safety to see if the single pill works similarly to the three pills taken together.
