Summary
This study looked at whether losing weight and making major lifestyle changes can help people with type 2 diabetes who have nerve damage in their feet (diabetic peripheral neuropathy). Researchers measured nerve speed and strength in 50 adults before and after the program. The goal was to see if better diabetes control through diet and exercise could improve nerve function.
