Summary

This small pilot study tested a behavioral program to help adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants used a continuous glucose monitor, and some also received coaching and financial rewards for meeting blood sugar goals. The goal was to see if this combination could improve how well people stick to their treatment plan and manage their diabetes.
