Summary
This study tests whether a special training program for primary care doctors and nurses leads to better health for their patients with type 2 diabetes. Over 7,700 patients will be part of the study, which compares clinics where staff receive the training to those that do not. The goal is to see if this support helps doctors improve patient blood sugar levels and overall diabetes management.
