Summary
This pilot study is testing a new program to improve diabetes care in two primary health centers in Abuja, Nigeria. It aims to make screening, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education more accessible by training local health workers and providing necessary supplies. The goal is to see if this integrated approach is practical and effective for managing type 2 diabetes in these community settings.
