Two-in-One pill tested to tackle diabetes and hypertension together
NCT ID NCT06647745
Summary
This study is testing if a single pill combining two existing drugs works better than either drug alone for people who have both type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. About 221 participants will take either the combination pill or one of the single drugs for 12 weeks to see which is better at lowering blood sugar and blood pressure. The goal is to see if managing both conditions with one pill is more effective and safe.
