Summary
This study looked at how quickly lowering high blood sugar and doing moderate exercise affects certain bone-related proteins in people with type 2 diabetes. The goal was to understand if these changes could help prevent a rare but serious joint problem called Charcot neuroarthropathy. The study involved 60 adults aged 18 to 70 with poorly controlled diabetes.
