Summary
This study is testing a comprehensive 3-year care program for Chinese adults who have both diabetes and obesity (diabesity). The program uses a team of specialists, including a doctor, dietitian, and psychologist, along with technology like an AI chatbot and peer support. The main goal is to help participants lose weight and improve their physical and mental health.
