Summary
This study is testing if a daily supplement called Dihydroberberine (DHB) can help people with prediabetes. For 6 weeks, 54 adults will take either DHB or a placebo pill. Researchers will check if it improves blood sugar control, reduces appetite, and boosts mood and energy levels.
