First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early study tests a new surgical tool that opens up the eye's natural drainage channels to lower pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma who are also having cataract surgery. About 70 participants will receive the device during their cataract procedure. The main goal is to see if it safely reduces eye pressure without the need for daily drops.
