Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called DF1001 in people with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug, given alone or with other cancer therapies, could help shrink tumors. The trial enrolled adults with various cancers, including certain types of lung, breast, bladder, and stomach cancers.
