Summary
This study tests a type of talk therapy called dissociation-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (DF-CBT) for people with dissociative disorders, such as depersonalization or dissociative identity disorder. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms like feeling detached from yourself or your memories. The study will involve 140 adults and compare DF-CBT to usual care over 3 months.
