Could a sugar water shot in the neck ease PTSD?
NCT ID NCT04421573
Summary
This study is testing if a simple injection of a sugar-water solution (dextrose) around nerves in the neck can help control symptoms of PTSD. It will compare the injection to delayed or usual care in 24 adults who have tried other treatments without enough relief. The main goals are to see if people are willing to join the study, follow the plan, and are satisfied with the process.
