Summary

This study tests whether a nasal spray containing dexmedetomidine can quickly reduce symptoms of acute anxiety in adults. 150 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track anxiety levels over two hours. The goal is to see if the spray is safe and effective for calming sudden, intense anxiety.
