Summary
This study tests whether a slow-release form of dexamphetamine, a drug used for ADHD, can help people with cocaine addiction reduce or stop using cocaine. The trial involves 204 adults who are also receiving methadone treatment for opioid addiction. Participants will take either the study drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, and researchers will measure cocaine use through self-reports and urine tests.
