Summary

This study looks at whether a dexamethasone injection can reduce pain after removing impacted wisdom teeth. 70 adults will be split into two groups: one gets standard numbing, the other gets an extra steroid shot. Pain levels are measured using a simple 0-to-10 scale at 24, 48, and 72 hours after surgery.
