Summary

This study is testing if adding special device-based balance training to standard rehab helps older adults with chronic reduced brain blood flow. It compares two training devices against standard exercises to see which is better at improving stability, walking, and reducing fall risk. The goal is to find more effective ways to help this group stay steady on their feet.
