NCT ID NCT07000630
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested the drug deucravacitinib in people with moderate-to-severe palmoplantar pustulosis, a skin condition that causes painful pus-filled blisters on the palms and soles. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce the severity of the pustules and improve quality of life. Participants took one pill daily for four months. The trial was terminated early and included only 3 people, so results are limited.
