Summary

This study is testing a daily pill called deucravacitinib in 10 adults with rare muscle inflammation diseases (idiopathic inflammatory myopathies). The goal is to see if the drug improves muscle strength, skin symptoms, and lab results over 6 months. Participants must have active disease that did not respond well to standard treatments.
