Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of tests to detect a condition where small adrenal tumors produce slightly too much cortisol, a stress hormone. Researchers will follow 20 adults with these incidental tumors for four years to see if their health changes. The goal is to improve diagnosis so doctors can better identify patients who might benefit from treatment.
