Summary

This study tests a new genetic method (metagenomic sequencing) to find bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites in the blood of people who have had a stem cell transplant. About 30 participants will give blood samples before and up to 6 months after transplant. The goal is to see if this test can detect infections earlier and link them to symptoms like fever.
