Can a 3-Hour workshop make better nurses?
NCT ID NCT06673316
Summary
This study tested whether adding a short design thinking workshop to a nursing curriculum could improve students' skills. Fifty second-year nursing students were randomly assigned to either take the 3-hour workshop or continue with their regular classes. Researchers measured changes in problem-solving, creativity, empathy, and attitudes toward patient care before and after the workshop to see if it made a difference.
