Summary
This study looks at how severe dermatomyositis is in people from the Caribbean, especially in Guadeloupe. Researchers will track 10 patients to see how often the disease affects muscles, organs like the lungs and heart, or is linked to cancer. The goal is to learn more about the disease in this population, not to test a new treatment.
