Summary
This study is testing if adding an investigational drug called NRX-101 to a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment (TMS) works better than TMS alone. It is for adults with severe depression that hasn't improved with at least two standard antidepressant medications. The goal is to see if the combination helps more people achieve a significant reduction in their depression symptoms.
