Summary
This study looks at how medication, talk therapy, or both together change the way depression symptoms connect and influence each other over time. Researchers will track 90 adults with mild to moderate depression using smartphone surveys to see which treatment leads to better symptom patterns. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment for each person.
