Phone therapy lifts depression in older cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests a type of talk therapy called behavioral activation (BA) for older adults (65+) who have had cancer and feel depressed. The therapy is given over the phone or video call, so people can join from home. Researchers want to see if BA helps reduce depression symptoms compared to usual care. About 86 people will take part.
