Summary
This study is testing whether a support tool called iHeart DepCare helps heart disease patients with depression actually start treatment. Researchers will work with 200 patients who have both heart disease and depression symptoms. The tool provides education and motivational support to help patients choose and begin depression treatment that works for them.
