NCT ID NCT07408687
Summary
This study aims to improve talk therapy for depression. It will test if having therapy sessions twice a week works better than once a week, using two common approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. Researchers will enroll 200 adults with depression to see if more frequent sessions lead to faster and more lasting relief from symptoms.
