Summary
This study is testing a brief therapy called Imagery Rescripting to help reduce symptoms of depression. It will be offered by mental health assistants in a primary care doctor's office. The therapy involves working with patients to rewrite negative memories linked to their low mood, with the goal of easing depressive feelings and improving self-esteem.
